What is Bead Bash?

Bead Bash provide jewellery making parties for kids aged 7-12 in Galway city.

What does the party include?
The party includes beads, materials, tools, instruction, help, organza pouch and personalised gift tag to display each child's finished jewellery.

What age group is catered for?
Currently we cater for age 7 - 12

How long does the bead bash last?
The party lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour with 5 minutes either side required for set up / tidy up.

How much does it cost?
Weekday Party: €65 for a party of 6 kids or less, €10 for each additional kid, maximum of 12 kids.
Weekend Party: €85 for a party of 6 kids or less, €14 for each additional kid, maximum of 12 kids.

How do I book?
Fill in the on-line enquiry form, send an e-mail or call, all details on the contact/booking tab.

How much notice is required for a party?
Ideally 1 month is required but if you contact me with less notice I will always acommodate if there is availability.

How do I pay?
Payment is by cash on the day or paypal in advance.

Is a deposit required?
To secure a booking I require a €15 deposit. I will send you an invoice for this by paypal, you can then pay through paypal by card even if you don't have an account with them.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than one month before the party I will refund your deposit in full, if you cancel less than one month before the party date the deposit is non-refundable.

If I have to cancel due to unforseen cirumstances I will always try to rearrange to a date that suits you or provide a full refund.

Are you insured?
Yes, I hold public liablility insurance, it is a stipulation of the insurer that a parent or guradian is present at all times during the party.
